That’s why we deliver and set up your rental at the specific time that fits with your load-in schedule. If you need your flat screen monitor delivered at 8:22 a.m., you can rest assured that it will be there, will be set up and will work seamlessly throughout the entire show.
Our team works with every major venue in L.A., including popular spaces like The Beverly Hilton, The L.A. Hotel and the L.A. Convention Center. If the trade show or convention is being held in a hotel, you aren’t required to use the in-house A/V. We promise to beat any written in-house A/V quote by 25 percent or more.
